#BuildITOx campaign promotes construction careers in Oxfordshire

June 7, 2017

The team at oxme.info are running a campaign throughout June to encourage young people to consider a career in construction. The campaign aims to raise awareness of construction as a fast-growing sector for jobs, the huge variety of opportunities that the industry has to offer and the opportunities available locally to help you get started.

The campaign will highlight job roles within the industry that may not be traditionally associated with the sector and remind people that a career in construction is not just for boys! See the oxme.info Careers in Construction page for more.

We’ve created a new page on our website to give you some useful starting points if you’re interested in a career in construction and will be sharing some case studies to help support the campaign.

Join the #BuildITOx social media campaign

You can get involved with the campaign by tweeting @oxme_info and using the hashtag #BuildITOx. You can also take part on Facebook by following @oxme.info.

If you have any job or Apprenticeship opportunities, good news stories or fab photos, please join in and help raise awareness of the fantastic opportunities that the construction industry has to offer both men and women!
