Interested in taking on an apprentice but not sure where to start?

Keen to offer an opportunity but concerned about 'red tape'?

Let us help. Get started here...

Things to consider at this stage:

1. Do you have enough work (variety and volume) for an apprentice to do?

2. Have you thought about how an apprentice will be mentored and supervised day-to-day?

3. Can you afford an apprentice?  You need to consider the cost of salary, potential training fees and also how the 20% 'of the job' requirement will impact on you?

Our 'Shared Apprenticeship scheme'

We can offer a 'shared apprentice' where we take on responsibility for employing the apprentice who you 'host'.  This means we deal with all the training, wages and payroll etc while you provide the day-to-day work and supervision.  We are approved by the Education & Skills Funding Agency to provide this service.  For more information about this service and costs, contact us and we'll call you back for an informal chat about how this works.

Let us do it for you!

We also offer a full apprenticeship set-up service where we will help you publicise your vacancy, find and select candidates, source and organise training and manage your financial and legal obligations as an employer.  For more information about this service and costs, contact us and we'll call you back for an informal chat.
